Bharat Stars Services Pvt Ltd (BSSPL) is a joint venture of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) in business alliance with ST Airport Services Pvt Ltd-acronym as STARS, (a Member of Singapore Airport Consortium) with equal participation.

Both BPCL and STARS are reputed specialists in the entire logistics and service chain of aviation fuel, including provision of ITP services. Both partners have several years of experience and an outstanding track record.

They have established internationally adopted and tested practices, putting in best-in-class management and operating systems, and standards. Their synergistic alliance provides the breadth and depth of required core competencies of experience, technical expertise and established business excellence. Delhi Aviation Fuel Facility Private Ltd (DAFFPL) is a Joint Venture of IOCL, BPCL and Delhi International Airport Private Limited (a subsidiary of GMR Group). The JV was awarded concession design, development, construction, management, upgradation and operations for the aviation fuel facility at the new Terminal 3 at IGI Airport.

MAFFPL is a Special Purpose Vehicle of IOC, HPC, BPC and Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL), each having a stake of 25% under the Open Access Model.
 
Kannur International Airport Ltd is promoted by Govt. of Kerala with equity participation from PSUs (BPCL and Kerala PSUs), Airport PSUs and Private Sector.

The Airport is being constructed at Mattanur, Kannur District in Kerala over an acreage of 2000 acres. BPCL’s investment in the project amounts to Rs. 170 Cr. KIAL and BPCL have signed a shareholders’ agreement for this investment.

As per terms, BPCL will also manage the Fuel Farm for which a JVC is to be formed having BPCL and KIAL as partners with BPCL holding 74% equity and KIAL 26%. The Commissioning plan is in May 2016.

Cochin airport is built on a public–private partnership and is owned by Cochin International Airport Limited, (CIAL), floated by the government of Kerala in 1994. The government of Kerala holds 33.36% stake, making it the single largest investor in the project. BPCL has a 3.43% stake in the JV.
